Frequently Asked Questions

How long do repairs take?

Most sole and heel work is finished in three to seven business days. Rush service is often possible — call and ask before you drop off.

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk in during business hours and we'll look at your shoes on the counter and quote you on the spot.

Do you repair sneakers?

Yes, for sole separation, midsole gluing and eyelet repairs. Fully molded athletic soles usually can't be replaced, and we'll tell you honestly.

Can you match my leather color?

In most cases yes. We mix dyes and finishes by hand and test on a hidden area before touching the visible upper.

Do you offer rush service?

Often, yes. Simple repairs like heel caps and gluing can frequently be done same-day. Call first so we can check the bench.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, all major credit cards and contactless payment. Payment is due at pickup.

Can you repair shoes bought online?

Absolutely. Brand and origin don't matter — construction does. Send photos and we'll tell you what's possible.

Do you clean and restore handbags?

Yes. Straps, zippers, linings, hardware and full color restoration are all part of our regular work.

What are your hours?

Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 2pm. Closed Sunday.

Do you ship repairs back?

Yes, for mail-in customers. Return shipping is quoted with your estimate.

How do I know if it's worth repairing?

If the repair costs less than about a third of replacing the shoe with equal quality, it's usually worth it. We'll give you that math honestly.

Is there a minimum charge?

There's a small minimum for bench work, but simple counter fixes like lace replacement are often free for regulars.

Bring them in — we'll tell you honestly if they're worth saving.

Free estimates, no appointment needed. Most repairs finished in 3–7 days.
