Estimates and Pricing
Quotes given by phone or email are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed after in-person inspection and before work begins.
Turnaround Times
Stated turnaround windows are good-faith estimates and may extend during peak seasons or when specialty materials must be ordered.
Workmanship Warranty
We warrant our labor and the materials we supply against defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover ordinary wear, damage from misuse, or pre-existing weakness in the item disclosed at intake.
Condition of Items
Some repairs carry inherent risk on aged or previously damaged leather. Where risk exists we will explain it before proceeding. We are not liable for failure of original materials outside the scope of the repair performed.
Unclaimed Items
Items left more than 90 days after completion notification may be considered abandoned and disposed of at our discretion.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of pickup. We accept cash and major credit cards.
